We’re looking for a seasoned CPA with strong real estate and construction accounting expertise—someone who knows the numbers inside and out but isn’t afraid to get hands-on. This role isn’t just about strategy—it’s about execution. You’ll be working closely with leadership, providing the financial insights they need to make critical decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Financial leadership – High-level strategy contribution to detailed bookkeeping
- Managing overhead costs, fixed costs, balance sheets, AP, and draw packages
- Hands-on QuickBooks work, reviewing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy
- Supporting the leadership team by providing clear, actionable financial data
- Keeping financial operations smooth and compliant with GAAP & tax regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in accounting & finance, 3+ years in leadership
- Real estate & construction accounting experience (MUST)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks & financial analysis
- Someone who can deliver results—your work will be reviewed and presented to leadership.
